We had a fantastic week at this hotel, thoroughly enjoying the live music in the lobby each evening, which created a vibrant atmosphere for relaxation and fun. Our room was a Deluxe Gold Room, spacious and beautifully decorated, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of options that catered to every taste. One area for improvement would be the seating availability in common areas during peak times.

We enjoyed live music and tasty drinks while soaking up the sun. The atmosphere was vibrant, making it a great spot for fun and relaxation. The food selection was fantastic, especially at the A La carte restaurants. Don’t miss the rooftop bar on the 16th floor – perfect for sunset views!

The Sports bar lacked atmosphere. it felt a bit lifeless with little to no entertainment. It could definitely use some improvements to enhance the vacation vibe.

The kids club was an absolute lifesaver, ensuring our little one was entertained while we got to enjoy some much-needed relaxation by the pool. The staff went above and beyond. On my birthday, they surprised me with a special setup, complete with champagne and balloons- heartwarming.

It wasn't cheap, but given the nice experiences, it was worth the price.

Additionally, maintenance seemed lacking. for example, loose bathroom fixtures went unattended despite notice. Overall, while the hotel has appealing features, details seemed to slip through the cracks, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.
